Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Newbridge on Usk, a romantic and secluded country inn. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by serving a range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive orders and serve guests' requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
  • Create and serve a range of beverages, including classic cocktails and mixers
  • Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times
  • Have a good understanding of wines and spirits

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and a charismatic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits
