Role Overview:

The selected candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance the development, execution, and refinement of strategic action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Mobile Engineering initiatives.
  • Engage in the exploratory phase of small to medium-sized Mobile Engineering projects.
  • Participate in peer code evaluations and collaborative development efforts.
  • Facilitate and support the deployment of innovative business solutions.
  • Provide mobile engineering assistance to various business units.
  • Diagnose and resolve business and operational challenges related to mobile devices.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing scalable e-commerce applications or mobile software.

Core Competencies:

  • Proficiency in mobile software development utilizing Swift or Kotlin.
  • Familiarity with distributed source code management systems (Git/Github).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Knowledge in developing mobile network clients using HTTP protocols, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Understanding of Apple and Google Play APIs, including Maps, Location, and Cloud Messaging.
  • Expertise in software debugging techniques, including the use of debuggers, loggers, and crash reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze memory-related issues such as leaks using memory analysis tools (DDMS, MAT).
  • Experience with embedded real-time systems with constrained resources.
  • Familiarity with iOS or Android software development.
  • Understanding of design patterns, MVVM, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience in unit and integration testing of Android applications.

Additional Requirement:

A published Android application is mandatory.
