This position operates on a PRN/1099 basis. The Clinical Specialist will engage in on-site assistance, visiting healthcare facilities to facilitate the introduction, training, and implementation of the device. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, educators, patients, and administrative personnel, is essential. Additionally, the role encompasses follow-up support, troubleshooting, customer service, and educational responsibilities as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Travel to healthcare facilities to assist with device introduction, training, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure a superior clinical experience.
- Contribute to organizational growth by advocating for advanced management strategies for critically ill patients.
- Evaluate educational needs, conduct training sessions, and provide tailored instruction to clinical staff.
- Exhibit initiative and expertise in device usage to serve as a resource for healthcare providers and patients.
- Establish best practices in device utilization to guarantee outstanding care and compliance.
- At least 5 years of experience in critical care, emergency medicine, telemetry, or step-down units - required
- Valid Nursing or Physician Assistant license - required
- Advanced clinical knowledge - required
- Willingness to travel within designated regions, including 2-3 overnight stays - required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher - preferred
- Background in cardiopulmonary care - preferred
- Self-sufficient, capable of achieving objectives with minimal oversight.
- Must demonstrate organization, self-motivation, integrity, initiative, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities are highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to independently collect and interpret data.
- Quick to adapt to new technologies.
