Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor and report vital signs, including blood pressure, as needed
  • Observe and report any concerns or changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain a hygienic environment, and assist with resident care
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and family members
  • Assist with resident transfers, repositioning, and other mobility needs
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and compassion for residents
