Eden Senior Care is a leading provider of healthcare services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to seniors in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We are seeking a skilled Trained Medication Assistant to join our team at Fair Oaks Lodge, a long-term care and rehabilitation community in Wadena, MN.

About the Role:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while ensuring the safe administration of medications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating residents with respect and dignity.

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in Minnesota.
  • Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certificate in Wisconsin.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
