As a SAP SD Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and further developing our SAP SD module, serving as a key contact person for 2nd and 3rd level support. You will be an essential interface between our departments and IT, working in a modern and constantly evolving SAP S/4 HANA environment.

• As a valued consultant, you will analyze and optimize processes related to customer service, intercompany, invoicing, sales, and marketing, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
• You will be responsible for system-based and practice-oriented customizing, including testing software solutions and conducting user training to ensure a smooth transition.
• You will take on responsibility for the conception and implementation of innovative projects, such as the further development of SAP OTC applications, driving business growth and improvement.
• To achieve top results, you will coordinate with your colleagues from departments such as logistics, finance, and controlling, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• You will independently handle customer requirements for EDI order processing and invoicing, implementing and introducing them with all involved partners, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• You will quickly and sustainably resolve any issues that arise and provide user support for Quantum Ventures country subsidiaries, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction.
• In addition, you will support our global SAP rollouts, driving standardization and consistency across the organization.
