Position Summary:
The Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in providing engineering support for various programs. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including reliability design evaluations, predictive analyses, component stress assessments, and FMECA studies. Additionally, the engineer will lead the FRACA process, ensuring reliability assurance for both new and existing hardware designs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess hardware designs to ensure reliability that aligns with product applications and recommend improvements.
2. Analyze hardware failure mechanisms to guarantee safe operations.
3. Evaluate interactions between hardware and software to ensure proper functionality under all conditions.
4. Conduct quantitative assessments of component, subsystem, and system reliability.
5. Lead reliability trade studies to establish hardware requirements for desired system reliability.
6. Direct failure investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
7. Maintain effective communication with program team members and clients.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field or a related area.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Additional Information:
This is an exempt position with overtime billed at a straight time rate. The duration of the position may extend up to two years, with specifics discussed during the interview process. Previous experience with Honeywell should be included in the application.
