Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse - Critical Care will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan care for critically ill patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and guidelines.
- Implement and evaluate care plans, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- ACLS certification.
- NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
