Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, adhering to high standards and promoting positive behavioral change.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Requirements:
  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center.
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping them thrive.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
