About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Service Representative to join our team at Main Line Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Patient Care: Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Patient Schedules: Schedule appointments, prepare patient charts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate Effectively: Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the office and all records, reports, and correspondence are organized and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two to three years of office experience required.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance payers and medical terminology preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in data base maintenance and calendar management.
