About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Interventional Technologist to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in assisting cardiologists and radiologists in the performance of interventional angiographic and therapeutic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in the performance of interventional procedures, ensuring a safe and quality patient environment.
  • Imaging, monitoring, and scrub assisting for physicians during procedures.
  • Proficient in required competencies and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of radiology procedures.
Requirements
  • Formal training in radiology procedures or equivalent education/experience.
  • California Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography, Vascular-Interventional Radiography, or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography certification within 1 year of hire.
  • National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification within 1 year of hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Participation in continuing education programs.
  • 2 years of experience in a special procedures or cardiovascular lab.
