About the Role:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $93,000 per year, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. You will work Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day, with rotating on-call requirements. Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology ensure that you have the resources needed to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize radiographic and digital imaging equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of radiation exposure factors and comply with policies regarding radiation exposure monitoring
- Accurately code procedures and enter charges in electronic medical records
- Provide safe patient care by assisting with patient transfers and positioning
- Assist physicians with sterile procedures and maintain Universal Precautions and Infection Control policies
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as procedures performed by the Interventional Radiology team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, critical care environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated competency in removal of vascular sheaths, application of dressings, and manipulation of various catheters/drains
