**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in producing high-quality machined parts for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce machined parts with precision and accuracy.
- Load parts and ensure continuous production to meet customer expectations.
- Perform minor edits of CNC programs and replace tooling as needed.
- Inspect completed parts using various measuring tools and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and document operational and performance issues, providing feedback to supervisors.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred.
- Working knowledge of CNC machine equipment, tooling, and processes.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity.
- Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
