**Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Administration Coordinator to join our team at A.O. Fox. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the credentialing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Credentialing Coordination: Coordinate the initial and reappointment applications, verifying licensure, board certification, education, and other requirements.
  • Database Management: Manage the credentialing database, ensuring accurate and timely entry of practitioner information.
  • Verification and Validation: Verify and validate all practitioners' credentials, including licensure, board certification, education, and other requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • 2 Year / Associate degree, preferred
  • Minimum 1 year administrative support or business office experience, required
  • Minimum 1 year experience with extensive public contact and customer service, required

Salary Range:** $25.23 - $37.68 per hour
