Job Brief:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with us to create extraordinary vacation experiences for our clients. Our company specializes in crafting unique travel packages, including theme park vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, sporting events, concerts, and destination weddings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve product and destination-related issues.
• Recommend domestic and international destinations to maximize clients' travel experiences.
• Interact with clients to resolve any cases arising before, during, and after their trips.
• Offer customer support related to travel inquiries.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarize yourself with various social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Full training provided (no prior experience necessary).
• Access to a smartphone or computer with a reliable internet connection.
