Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of production equipment. This position involves repairing, maintaining, and setting up various machinery while applying technical expertise to guarantee all tasks are executed safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct equipment setups according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Interpret and implement preventative maintenance guidelines provided by manufacturers.
  • Perform timely inspections and setups for production processes.
  • Maintain and organize all tools and equipment necessary for assigned tasks.
  • Understand and analyze basic electrical schematics.
  • Execute fundamental electrical tasks, including the replacement of motors, switches, and basic relay circuits.
Qualifications:
  • One to two years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting safety regulations, operational instructions, and maintenance manuals. Capable of composing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and apply these skills in practical scenarios involving monetary and measurement units.
