Associate Medical Director - Clinical Faculty Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to join our team at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Emergency Department in Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member of our clinical faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of emergency medicine.

Criteria:

To be successful in this position, you will need to be ABEM/ABOEM board-certified and have leadership experience in Emergency Department operations and/or Quality Improvement. The ideal candidate will have medical director or assistant director experience or successful completion of an EM Administrative Fellowship.

You will be responsible for possessing knowledge of process improvement techniques and demonstrating successful implementation of efforts impacting quality, efficiency, patient experience, and/or physician engagement.

Emergency Department:

Our Emergency Department sees 50,000 annual patient visits, with 38 beds and 48 hours of physician coverage daily on average. We have a 30% admit rate and utilize the EPIC EMR system. Additionally, we offer a scribe service and have an EM residency program in house.
