Tact Staff is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a travel ICU position. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This includes planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs, identifying patient needs and determining priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and implementation, and managing care of patients based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of strong experience in critical care, including a background in med/surg.
  • ICU CCU HIGH ACUITY experience, with a high acuity ratio of 1:1 to max 1:3, including Covid Care.
  • Float to other ICU's as needed.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • N/A ACLS certification.
  • AHA certification.
Additional Requirements:
  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
  • Tele cert or competency exam ICU CCU HIGH ACUITY.
Work Schedule:

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend required, and as needed. Holidays required as needed.

Benefits:

Pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
