Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our multimodal transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of complex transportation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance on project management best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues from diverse disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in business development and project pursuits, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineering license (GA preferred) and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering, including roadway and drainage design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of success.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • A flexible hybrid work schedule, allowing for remote work up to 2-3 days per week.
