Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, compensation, and incentives that include:

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dependable mechanics to join our team at our Conway location. The successful candidate will possess at least 1-2 years of proven diesel engine maintenance experience and be willing to maintain required online training throughout employment. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform mechanical repairs on International Brand medium to heavy-duty trucks
  • Knowledge of A/C, brake, and emission systems, air systems, and diagnostics/trouble shooting of diesel engines
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to use diagnostic programs
  • Customer service orientation

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diesel engine maintenance experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
