Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store administrative functions, including personnel files, scheduling, and cash office operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Support store management in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including labor laws and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Assistant Store Manager to prioritize tasks and ensure store goals are met.
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changing situations.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
