As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and medication management as needed.">
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and dietitians, to ensure comprehensive care coordination.">
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in pediatric gastroenterology, attending educational conferences and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.">
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide clear guidance and support throughout the care process.">
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to established standards and guidelines.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.">
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric gastroenterology or a related specialty.">
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).">
- Advanced knowledge of pediatric gastroenterology, including anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.">
Compensation:
">This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
