Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Group Reporting & Financial Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the review and issuance of external unaudited and audited financial statements, as well as submitting financial information for corporate group reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, including annual audited and monthly/quarterly unaudited financial statements under US GAAP, for external investors and internal segment group reporting deliverables under IFRS.
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete financial records, including footnotes for annual audited financial statements.
- Ensure proper accounting and financial statement presentation for debt and equity instruments, commodity and financial derivatives, and leases.
- Coordinate audit support and external auditors' inquiries related to financial statements' audits and group reporting package review.
- Support local and group accounting with ad-hoc internal and external requests related to financial information, business/Merger & Acquisitions support.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in US GAAP and related regulations, and proactively implement improvements to accounting practices and financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a high-quality, deliverable-focused culture within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years' of accounting experience required.
- CPA preferred.
- Large corporate environment experience preferred.
- Experience with the preparation of annual audited financial statements with footnotes.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.

- Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds.
- Wind energy project development, power industry, and/or real estate partnership experience helpful.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office products - Excel required.
- Proficient knowledge in the use of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle helpful.
- Tax equity experience helpful.
