We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at MASC Medical. As a key member of our primary care practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Collect, record, and maintain accurate and detailed patient information, including medical history, reports, and examination results.
- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and re-evaluate treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Current APRN or PA credentials and good standing.
- Prior experience in a primary care setting, with a strong preference for experience in aesthetic procedures.
- Valid Florida state license for practice.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably ECW EMR.
- A competitive salary range of $105K - $130K, plus productivity bonus.
- A 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with no call or weekend shifts.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, CME, PTO, and licensing fees.
