Plumb Works, Inc. is Seeking a Talented Lead Skilled Plumbing Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced plumbing professional to join our team as a Lead Skilled Plumbing Technician in Atlanta, GA.

This role will involve providing consultation, identifying issues with plumbing systems, determining repairs or replacements needed, installing and maintaining equipment, and utilizing blueprints and drawings to understand layouts and plans.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of successful plumbing experience, including an understanding of both residential and commercial water distribution and disposal systems, a state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master preferred), and familiarity with Service Titan or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as 401(k) + match, medical and dental insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, paid time off (PTO), professional development opportunities, and more.

The successful candidate will be available to work a limited after-hours on-call rotation and will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and others.
