Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and cleaning the sales floor, restocking shelves, and removing damaged or expired merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reconciling inventory, identifying and reporting shrinkage, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Ability to Lift 25 Pounds or More: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Retail or Warehouse Experience: Preferred
  • Basic Math Skills: Preferred
