This position involves providing thorough nursing care across all age groups, employing nursing methodologies to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Adhering to the established protocols of the organization, the staff nurse demonstrates professional growth and accountability by upholding practice standards and coordinating patient care activities among assigned team members to guarantee exceptional nursing services.
Qualifications:- Educational Requirement: Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Experience Requirement: Recent nursing program graduates are encouraged to apply
- Licensure/Certification: Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License, along with required BLS certification
- Additional Criteria for PRN roles:
- A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree
- Possession of advanced certification in a specialized area is beneficial
