About the Role
The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Treasury Department's objectives. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective reporting and planning, processes and tools. Your expertise in cash forecasting, debt management, and risk management will enable the organization to make informed decisions and drive growth.

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the current cash forecasting model and process, integrating daily and 13-week cash forecasts into establishing a detailed annual cash flow forecast, and working with P2P (Procure to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash) functions to optimize working capital through active cash management. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely compliance with debt agreements and associated reporting obligations, assist in preparation of interest expense for both the reporting of actuals and the forecasting, and manage the credit agreements covenant compliance and ABL borrowing base certificates.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Finance-related areas, with 3-5 years of relevant treasury or finance experience. Excellent analytical skills, strong ability to build rapport and develop collaborative working relationships, and a high level of intellectual agility, initiative and flexible thinking are required. The ability to drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo is essential.
