Painter Specialist

Groome Industrial Service Group is a leading provider of specialty maintenance services nationwide. We are seeking a skilled Painter Journeyman to join our team.

• Perform a variety of trades and specialty skills in the industrial maintenance sector, including painting, power washing, scaffolding, and construction.
• Operate heavy equipment and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Complete all paperwork related to the position and project.
• Work at heights up to 200 feet and in extreme weather conditions.
• Travel for out-of-state work, including hotel stays.

• At least 2-7 years' experience in commercial or industrial painting.
• Hand-tool and power-tool experience required.
• Experience in construction, siding, and demolition.
• Basic mechanical skills required.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish/English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

The employee will be regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and moderate to severe noise levels.

Shift start and stop times are determined by our customers. The employee will be required to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and emergencies as needed. Travel is required for out-of-state work, including hotel stays.
