**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and services safely.

**Responsibilities:**
* Observe, report, and document patient conditions
* Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
* Take and record vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and pulse
* Set up treatment trays and prepare equipment as needed
* Maintain accurate records and ensure oncoming shift nurses are updated
* Notify the Director of Nursing Services and/or Administrator of changes in patient condition or other job-related issues

**Qualifications:**
* Currently licensed in California
* 2+ years of experience in long-term care preferred
* CPR and First Aid certified
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive, professional demeanor
