Clinical Support Specialist

The Healthcare Operations Manager at UNLV Medicine is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care, assisting in daily problem-solving, and supervising and developing medical assistants.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare team
- Ensure Medical Providers receive sufficient support and assistance
- Supervise and develop medical assistants to achieve their full potential
- Current, nationally recognized Medical Assistant Certification or Registration required
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CLIA, and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 12 paid holidays per year, 20+ PTO days per year, 3% 401K contribution, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
