Job Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, clinical metrics, and coordination of care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing (DON).
- Demonstrate knowledge of developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents, including physical, cognitive, and socialization factors, in planning the delivery of care.
- Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- Adjust to changes in unit/shift assignments to meet resident and facility needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Current LVN license in good standing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices, including therapeutic, neuro, and dementia care.
- A competitive hourly rate of $32.00.
