Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide Professional and Compassionate Care: You will work with clients to provide professional and compassionate care, using your skills and knowledge to help them achieve their wellness goals
  • Create Personalized Treatment Plans: You will work with clients to create personalized treatment plans, taking into account their individual needs and goals
  • Offer Guidance and Education: You will provide guidance and education to clients on the benefits of massage for overall wellness
  • Maintain Detailed Client Records: You will maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, including treatment plans and outcomes

Job Requirements:

  • Adherence to Local and State Licensing Requirements: You must be licensed to practice massage therapy in the state where you will be working
  • Effective Team Player: You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and clients to provide excellent care
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills: You must have excellent customer service skills, providing a positive and welcoming experience for clients
  • Ability to Work Flexible Schedules: You must be able to work a range of schedules, including part-time and full-time opportunities
  • Professional Demeanor and Appearance: You must present a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, reflecting positively on the spa and its clients
