Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and results-driven professionals to join our team as Skincare Retail Ambassadors. As a Skincare Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth, meeting or exceeding targets through proactive selling and upselling
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon, adhering to company standards
  • Perform cash handling, opening/closing business, and complete daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends

Estimated Salary: $32,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
