The Role
As a DSP, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in acquiring and maintaining essential life skills, promoting independence, and participating in community life. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients in learning, maintaining, or improving skills through various activities of everyday life
* Engaging in activities with clients to promote independence and participation in community life
* Submitting accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with the client
* Maintaining annual 24-hour training requirements

Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Essential qualifications include:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license and existing insurance
* Willingness to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
