Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for selling and creating Starbucks coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow company standards and maintain work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
  • Educate, sample, and serve customers craveable food and beverage products
  • Maintain PAR stock levels and standards in product presentations
  • Follow Starbucks merchandising and signing standards
  • Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Requirements
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
