PCA Caregiver Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring PCA Caregiver to provide personalized support and care to seniors in their homes. As a PCA Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.
  • Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
  • Provide medication reminders and document client conditions.
  • Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred.
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation.
  • Compassionate and caring nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
