We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Excellence Community Schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for working with complex data sets.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from our Student Information System using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports. They will also support data compilation and analysis for building, school, network, state, and federal reporting.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field, such as IT, Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or another relevant field. They will also have at least 2 years of professional experience and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, compile, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
The Data Analyst will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs and develop and execute professional development to ensure teachers are able to utilize database and software applications. They will also maintain, generate, and distribute student demographic, scheduling, and grading information and support and respond to general troubleshooting inquiries for hardware/software problems.
The salary for this position is $50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 403b Retirement Plan, as well as performance-based compensation for staff.
