Job Description

As a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician at The Kraft Heinz Company, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, normal maintenance, and emergency repairs on plant equipment and utilities. You will also be fabricating and installing various pieces of equipment and rebuilding equipment as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment and utilities.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Perform repairs and replacements on equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with other mechanics to complete tasks and projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

This position is located at our Woodstock Plant and requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Overtime and weekend work may be required as dictated by business needs.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing and walking, as well as intermittent heavy exertion. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment is also required.
