  • Prepare grill products to order within 5-8 minutes, adhering to specific cooking procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment temperatures, ensuring optimal performance and food safety.
  • Restock and sanitize the work area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Follow safety, security, uniform, and company rules to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including but not limited to, maintaining inventory, receiving shipments, and participating in team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Physical Requirements:
    • Good vision, both general and close.
    • Good hearing.
    • Manual dexterity.
    • Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk throughout the shift.
    • Upper body strength, arms, wrists, and hands.
    • Lift and carry 30 pounds.
    • Maintain good personal hygiene and uniform.
  • Essential Social and Mental Requirements:
    • Basic reading and math skills.
    • Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
    • Maintain composure while under stress.
    • Plan and organize tasks efficiently.
    • Retain verbal requests and menu preparation procedures.
