Key Responsibilities:

  • Envision and develop effective design solutions in both familiar and highly uncertain scenarios.
  • Advocate for the user and ensure that Inclusive Design principles are integrated into all projects.
  • Produce scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines, and other necessary artifacts to create and enhance designs for a suite of products, tools, and services.
  • Collaborate with a larger design team composed of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers, and front-end developers focused on delivering end-to-end experiences.
  • Adhere to established patterns and guidelines or assist in their creation as needed.
  • Conduct all design tasks with exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design field.
  • Proven experience in software design and development.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in launching mobile, web, or software products under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with program management, engineering, and research teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Type: Contract

Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension

Location: Remote

Hourly Rate Range: $54-69/h (Dependent on Experience)
