Job Title: Automotive Receptionist/Cashier

Fox Motors is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Novi. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, vendors, and community members.
  • Answer basic inquiries, direct customers, and handle payment transactions with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with visitors and incoming callers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist service customers during peak periods and perform administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
