What We Offer- Competitive Salary: $78,000 to $100,000 per year
- Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 for applicants who already hold an orthopedic or sports board certification
- Additional Bonuses: $8,000 for clinical professionals, $5,000 for completion of a residency or manual therapy certification, and $15,000 towards an orthopedic residency program with Evidence In Motion
- Student Loan Repayment: We pay your student loan lender directly, before taxes

- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Outline clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Record patients' progress and modify the plan of care if needed
- Educate patients and family members about the recovery process
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of practice
