Dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for Academic Success

About the PositionThis position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational success of our students while fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
- You will work closely with educators and parents to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Student Communication Development- Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a cohesive support system for students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of special education processes.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Soliant is dedicated to providing high-quality educational services to students. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, to ensure that our employees are valued and supported in their careers.
