About the Position

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • At least two years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to different work environments
  • Flexibility to travel and work in various locations
  • Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and principles
  • Experience with assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Physical stamina to perform required duties
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience, plus amazing benefits starting from day one, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
