Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our guests.

• Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Sales Floor Management: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, rotating products, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Stocking and Merchandising: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining store displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow associates to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support store operations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 pounds.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.

This role requires standing for long periods, frequent bending, stooping, and lifting. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
