Key Responsibilities:

- Assess mental health conditions, develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service while collaborating with a diverse team to address community needs
- Employ innovative interventions to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals
- Prepare and submit documentation in accordance with company standards and protocols
- Maintain a caseload of at least 28 client sessions weekly for full-time status
- Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution
- Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) is required
- Proficiency in conducting biopsychosocial assessments, formulating treatment plans, and writing clinical notes
- Experience with various therapeutic techniques (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CBT) and working with diverse populations
- Full licensure and credentialing with insurance panels is preferred
