Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Career Tree Network. As a member of our multidisciplinary therapy team, you will provide community-based outpatient services to older adults in their homes, focusing on geriatric care.

This is a flexible opportunity for a Physical Therapist to tailor their hours to suit their personal schedule. Whether you prefer part-time, full-time, or PRN/Per Diem work, this role offers adaptability to your availability. Full-time employees are eligible for a generous salaried compensation package and overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent) and be eligible for South Carolina licensure. Prior experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, but new graduates are welcome and will be supported and mentored.

• Provide one-on-one patient care to older adults in their homes
• Work with a multidisciplinary therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

• A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
