The ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, be patient and understanding, and have a strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized instruction and support to students in reading and math
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; certification a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and understanding demeanor

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
