We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Jeff Belzer Auto Group - Lakeville. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to manufacturer specification.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
- Perform maintenance and light repairs, including fluid changes.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications.
- Post-secondary education in automotive repair or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Master Technician.
- ASE Certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Guaranteed hourly wage of $33/hour, plus union incentive scale.
- 40-hour week with no weekends.
